We understand that some homeowners just want a beautiful, long-lasting outdoor space without needing a custom design. Plus, some decks are just easier to build than others, which is why Ravin Builders is pleased to pass on that time savings and offer a 1-Day Express Deck for select properties.
Most Express Decks that meet eligibility requirements (see below) can be built for $13,500 or less!

Eligible decks will be:
- 18-36″ tall
- Rectangular or square in shape
- 8-12′ depth (distance from house to outside)
- 12-16′ width (length along house)
- 1 set of stairs
- Not in a coastal or otherwise protected area
we take care of it all
Included in cost:
- Municipal permit
- Footings (helical pile footings in most cases)
- Pressure treated framing and all required fasteners
- Name-brand composite or PVC decking in either grey or brown (you pick)
- White vinyl railing
- White PVC trim
- Picture-framed deck (no visible cut ends)
